Our Hearts are in the Smoky Mountains. After 16 years living in Hilton Head Island, SC and running a family owned Real Estate and Vacation Rental business, Kimberly moved the family to the mountains.

Kimberly is the managing broker and partner of Realtor Works and has been a Realtor and broker for 30 years. Melanie Gatlin is the managing partner and has 25 years experience in the real estate business. Her intense knowledge of estates and title work are of huge benefit to her customers and clients. Melanie previously owned and operated a local title company before becoming a Realtor in 2012.
